CBT and EMDR are evidence based and recommended by NICE guidelines for the treatment of the above disorders. I am a fully accredited CBT therapist and am also trained to deliver EMDR; I offer CBT for children and young people up to the age of 26 and EMDR for all all age groups. Please be aware that I do not provide crisis support outside of sessions and my phone/email is not always monitored. If you or your child are in need of immediate mental health support/advice, please contact your GP surgery or the out of hours service. Samaritans also provides a 24 hour service (call 116123) or Young Minds offer a free text service for young people (text SHOUT to 85258) and there is a lot of helpful information on their website. If the situation is urgent, it is recommended to go to your local A&E or dial 999
