About ME

Christina Ohlsen (BSc Hons; PG Dip)

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and am additionally  trained to deliver  Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer online CBT  sessions to children and young adults  up to the age of 24 and EMDR for all age groups.  I am passionate about my work, and use humour (where appropriate) and creativity in the sessions to help build and strengthen the therapeutic alliance, while tailoring the sessions to the individual needs of the client. I am committed to helping my clients achieve lasting personal growth and well-being, and  can help individuals gain insight into their challenges, and develop the skills and knowledge to maintain positive mental wellbeing.
